My passion is to help individuals and organizations to develop and grow. Creating and organizing client relationships alone and together with others has always been a rewarding, fun and meaningful experience for me. In earlier years I founded Espoo’s Steiner School in 1992, and worked there as a class teacher and a principle. My interest in moving from an internal entrepreneur to an independent entrepreneur led to found the coaching company Peilaus Oy in 2010. My strengths as a coach are in the areas of mental energy and core. Training, practising my mental skills, writing and having good conversations with my closest bring me energy and well-being. My future goal is becoming better better.
